Ordering & delivery

How long is the delivery time?

4 to 10 days in EU. We ship your order with Postnord by letter to your mailbox. You usually have your order within 4 weekdays.

If the parcel doesn’t fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your door or in a bag on top of your mailbox. You will be notified when the delivery at the door or in the bag on the box is carried out.

* For some areas, delivery takes up to 10 days.

Warranty

Our products have1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects on the products. The warrany does not cover damage due to normal use and wear.

Care & Cleaning

How to clean earpads?

It is recommended to clean the cushions from time to time to prolong their life. Clean the cushions with a damp cloth and plain water. Let them air dry before using them next time.

Never use soap, detergents or alcohol-based cleaners as they will break down the cushions. We also recommend that you do not handle the pad immediately after applying lotions or hand sanitizers.

Exchanges & right of return

What right of return do I have?

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of return that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

If you want to cancel or return your purchase, contact us via info@headphoneparts.se with name, address, email order number and which items you want to return.

The right of return does not apply to:

The right of return does not cover products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons. This includes, for example eartips &headphone pads. You can not return products where the packaging is broken and tested.

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.

Product information

We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We can not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution. We always try in the best way to show the products as accurately as possible. Some product images are made of 3D models for the reason that we want to make it clearer how the product is built. This can make the 3D models different from the real products.
