Ordering & delivery

4 to 10 days in EU. We ship your order with Postnord by letter to your mailbox. You usually have your order within 4 weekdays.

If the parcel doesn’t fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your door or in a bag on top of your mailbox. You will be notified when the delivery at the door or in the bag on the box is carried out.

* For some areas, delivery takes up to 10 days.

Warranty

Our products have1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects on the products. The warrany does not cover damage due to normal use and wear.

Installation

Installing Ear Tips Pro, Memory foam Ear Tips classic on AirPods Pro is easy. They are designed to easily fit directly into the mount of the AirPods Pro. Press them with a little force straight onto the bracket.

Do EarTips Pro, Memory foam, Ear tips Classic for AirPods Pro work for other headphones?
Ear Tips Pro, Memory Foam and Ear tips Classic for Airpods Pro are only compatible with Apple AirPods Pro (both first and second generation) and will not work with other headphones.

Do all customers fit the AirPods Pro in the case?
Yes, all our cushions for AirPods Pro fit in the case.

Care & Cleaning

How to clean earpads?

It is recommended to clean the cushions from time to time to prolong their life. Clean the cushions with a damp cloth and plain water. Let them air dry before using them next time.

Never use soap, detergents or alcohol-based cleaners as they will break down the cushions. We also recommend that you do not handle the pad immediately after applying lotions or hand sanitizers.

How long do ear pads/ear tips last?
The durability of ear cushions depends on how much they are used and how well they are cared for. Generally speaking, it can last from a few months to a few years with proper care. Ear Tips Pro, has an outer layer of silicone which means that the durability is longer compared to ear cushions made of memory foam alone. Memory foam has an estimated durability of about 6 months, Ear Tips Pro with Memory Foam twice as long, about 12 months.

Can I use the Ear Tips Pro for AirPods Pro during exercise or when I sweat?
Yes, Ear Tips Pro are made of high-quality silicone material that can withstand sweat and moisture. They are designed to stay securely in place even during intense exercise.

Exchanges right of return

What right of return do I have?

We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you have received an item that you have ordered.

If you want to cancel your purchase, contact us via [email protected] with name, address, email, order number and which goods you want to return.

The right of return does not apply to:

The right of return does not cover products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons. This includes, for example eartips &headphone pads. You can not return products where the packaging is broken and tested.

Product information

We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We can not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution. We always try in the best way to show the products as accurately as possible. Some product images are made of 3D models for the reason that we want to make it clearer how the product is built. This can make the 3D models different from the real products.
